In other news Van's belly button has begun to stick out when he cries or is active...we first noticed this about a week ago. I was concerned at first because the only thing I could think of was a hernia...and that means surgery!! :( Well one of those things is true and the other is not..it is an umbilical hernia BUT that does not require surgery THANK GOD!! :)) I have read that it is very common and the best cure is to do nothing at all. This kind of hernia will most likely heal on its own before the baby is one year old. Good deal! (of course i will know more when we go back to the Dr this month) Here is a pic of the fat belly button...
