New This Week in the World of Van

This week in the world of Van there are two new'er' things going on. First of all Van is trying out sippy cups for the first time :) It is soo fun watching him figure it out! At first he wasn't to sure what it was 'a toy' is more how he was treating it..chewing on the handles and the bottom of it, THEN I helped him out a little and once he got a little taste of water he understood (at least I felt like he understood, ha, maybe not though) and every time he picked it up after that he looked right for the 'nipple'. (i don't know if that's what you call it on a sippy, but hey, it works)...but he is still learning and its really just for teaching reasons right now, obviously he doesnt truly NEED it yet....

In other new news, Van is rolling like a tumble weed !! Thats right he is finally on the move, as soon as we set him on the ground he rolls onto his belly...and then back ;) (guess it is time to start ReAlLy baby proofing) Here is a short video of a roll....
