Guess who's Back !!

Ok so I have not posted on the Blog in almost TWO YEARS!!?? Wow time has flown by, guess what that baby I was so 'impatiently' waiting for arrived!!

Crosbi waited until 39 weeks to make his arrival (after all that worry) he was stuck as I like to say, I was dialated to 5 cm a week before he was born but no labor!! We would walk the mall, Walmart, target, outside .. every where every night, I even tried doing squats! haha helped me stay in shape but he was still stuck, we set the date for Monday the 15th to be induced.

 

That morning they started the Pitocin around 830 AM, and I told them I didn't want any medication for this birth! We just kind of waited, chit chated, and watched TV...i was feeling over all nothing but just minor cramping, they would come in and check me once in a while, ask how I was doing and about 930 or so did a higher dose of Pitocin. Still I was laughing, texting, chatting and told Chad we are not having a baby until after we watch all of Price is Right ;) As soon as the price is right was over the nurse checked me and pushed more Pitocin..and I could feel the difference this time!! With in 10 minutes I had HORRIBLE pressure in my back, and called in the nurse in! In my mind I was thinking about all the horror stories of long labor when it came to being induced and was changing my mind about medicine..told the nurse maybe I was just a little something to take the edge off, she checked me and said "i feel the head, lets just have a baby instead!" I was all about that!!! I remember smiling at Chad and the Dr coming in.. pushing only a few times and BAM! There was our beautiful baby boy Crosbi!!:) I was able to hold him before they weighed him and such (which was amazing due to the fact they hauled Van away from me before I could really see him) he was perfect in every way:)

 

 

Crosbi is now almost two and he is quite the character!! Very independent from the biggining, which has been wonderful in most ways, but not so fun as he is getting older and wanting to do everything himself! We joke that he is turning two but thinks he is 5;)! He LOVES dinosaurs, food, his blanket and his big brother! He is an AMAZING sleeper! And very LOUD! I love him to pieces and of course he is growing way too fast and time needs to slow down! He will be a big brother soon after he turns two ..wow!! Here are a few pics of Crosbi Virgil :)
